Elizabeth dances with paint, paper, canvas, and non-traditional materials to create multiple layers of vibrant colour and personal meaning.

She draws on the traditions of abstract expressionism and colour field painting, as well as on her own life and experience to create a sense of delight. She aims to provide the viewer with an oasis of happiness and mystery in the midst of the rigours of everyday life.

Elizabeth will be participating in the Sketchbook Project, 2012 World Tour.  She is creating a sketchbook on the theme of Hope.  The tour comes to Toronto 18-22 July 2012.
